staff were welcoming, atmosphere was quiet, it had amazing location not far from everything, including palermo port and train stations, a restaurant next door and the theater and main walking streets. the room was bright and new-fashioned, offered a safe box, central heating, iron and ironing board. location in the historical centre of the city was a plus.

Its location was central, close to a landmark 1500s fountain. My exceptionally clean room came with good view, balcony, as example.

There was lift to be needed.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, with cooked food available as well. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town. we had a fantastic stay at L'Opera Buffa and would highly recommend it.
